Puppy Injections
Seeley is having his 2nd jab on Weds, Can he go straight out after this or do we have to carry on waiting and having a springer crawling the walls for even longer ? ? He was late having his first jab so is more than ready to start exploring!

I,m no expert on the matter, I would check with the vet after he,s had his second jab whether he can now go exploring

I was told to wait one week after 2nd jab.

Jasper had to wait a week after his second one.

Seeley says "no no don't make me wait another week"

2 weeks.. 2 weeks!!! Goodbye shoes :( goodbye leg of table... goodbye house...

My vet says a week but tbh I take them out quicker as for me it's a choice between risk and socialisation but I am very careful where I take them and with whom!

But you need to be guided by your vet and they all have different views.

I'm with Ellard, we took Jasper out after 3 days because we "risk assessed" that he was very unlikely to meet unknown dogs on a 10 minute walk round the block!

I took Angus out after a couple of days.
