Strange behavior this week (Help)My Springer is a 16 months old. This week he's been acting really strangely. He's been acting very hyper (a lot more than usual) and just can't seem to settle down and relax. He's started chewing things such as his bed cushion/mattress (he's ripped two cushions to shreds in two days!) He keep chewing all his toys and throwing them around.
He trys to settle down and rest, but can't stop getting up and moving around.
Today on his walk he ran off and wouldn't return when called. I was out in the rain trying to get him to come back but he kept running past me ignoring me.
He's reasonably well behaved and is really acting out of character. There have been no changes in my house this past week and we have no other pets.
I just don't know why he won't calm down. He's driving us nuts.
